Esther’s path began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, which led her to roles as an RN in operating rooms, where she not only provided skilled patient care but also became a leader and educator for entire operating room teams, guiding nurses and technicians alike. During this time, her passion for providing even more comprehensive care motivated her to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing from Long Island University.
